Companies located in Grenoble Chemical Park organized their “sustainable development” day with local stakeholders (communities, NGOs, authorities…). Representatives from the companies presented EHS results for 2017 and business opportunities for 2018. Guests visited the site by bus and had a look on the new electrolysis plant. The Technological Risk Prevention Plan (PPRT) related to the Pont-de-Claix town is on going. All the safety studies from industrials are validated and technical dispositions dedicated to reduce the risks at source are in place. It is now the concertation step, with all the stakeholders: authorities, communities, NGOs and neighbours. The PPRT process should be approved by mid-2018.
