Chemical Industry Energy Environment: call for expression of interest

Grenoble-Alpes Métropole and Grenoble Chemical Park launch a call for expression of interest in the chemical, energy & environment industries during the “Pollutec” trade show.

Grenoble-Alpes Métropole and Grenoble Chemical Park want to promote initiatives and projects in the fields of greentech, cleantech, eco-efficient factories, biosourced products, renewable raw materials, hydrogen for mobility, renewable or carbon-free energy, methanation, recovery and recycling.

Several innovative projects have already recently been put in place in the Greater Grenoble Area:

– The connection of Grenoble Chemical Park to the urban heating network, allowing steam boilers of the plant to heat homes and for heat from the network to be used in the Chemical Park (industrial ecology)

– Extracthive Chemical Products has set up a site in the Pont de Claix Chemical Park to develop porcesses for high-value industrial waste (alumina, carbon fibres, lithium carbonate, etc)

– The development of eco-efficient processes and the reinforcing of links between the different industrial actors working in Grenoble Chemical Park (new electrolysis, new sites for energy production, direct supply of hydrogen through by pipeline, recovery of hydrogen, etc)

Grenoble-Alpes Métropole and Grenoble Chemical Park want to continue these initiatives towards a circular economy in the field by calling for any actor who may be interested in joining the dynamic to contact us!
